Share information with employees

It’s important to share positive information about your business with staff, particularly business sales information.

What is your top selling item or range?
What has your customer growth been in the last month?
What is the demographic of your average customer?
What is your average customer spend?

If you can track this type of information, don’t hold it close to your chest like a national secret - it can be a helpful selling tool. Sharing information with your employees lets them know what is working and helps them promote these products and positive aspects about your business with existing customers and potential customers.
